What do you do when your brother gives you a giant chocolate Australia to consume? (I didn't get a photo when it was actually whole! Haydo was too quick!)
Eat it of course! We did however take some of it aside to make brownies! I found a recipe I wanted to try that called for white chocolate but why use crappy American chocolate (no offense American friends - I love almost all of your food... I just don't like your chocolate!) when you have yummy Australian chocolate at your disposal! Here's the kids in action whipping them up and the final product! They are choc raspberry brownies and I must say - they are pretty delicious! : )
