Guess who found the waffle truck? Paul did! Guess who pulled over so we could try it? Paul did! Guess who stuffed their face with a delicious strawberry and cream waffle? I did! My husband is the best! He knows I have wanted to try the waffle truck for ages and happily pulled over and waited for me to get one!
It lived up to the hype! It was delicious and I can't wait to find the truck and have another one! So good! Aussie visitors - next time you visit - we HAVE to get you a waffle! : )
Haha, when I first saw the photo I thought it was bacon and whipped cream on Waffles... On a second glance I am guessing it's strawberries?.. I might try to make some bacon pancakes.... mmm bacon...
