Surprise!!!

This afternoon a package arrived on our doorstep addressed to Hayden. We had no idea what it was or who it was from. With intrigue we brought it into the kitchen so Hayden could open it. Upon opening the box and pulling out all of the bubble wrap Hayden pulled out a gift wrapped present and card. The card said -

Happy Birthday Hayden. We wish we could be there to give you a special birthday HUG and sing you Happy Birthday. We love you lots and miss you heaps. Love Uncle Mark, Aunty Lisa and Madison x

Hayden then realised it was a birthday present for him from Australia and started going crazy! The craziness escalated when he started ripping off the paper and saw it was lego. We reached a squealing high point when he realised it was fireman lego! Oh how I wish I had the camera out because it was the funniest reaction I have ever seen! He was screaming and was so excited his voice was so high pitched. He kept saying "oh my gosh, oh my gosh" over and over as he tore off the paper. I grabbed my phone to record it but unfortunately only got him at the end once he had opened it and was admiring his new present but it's still really cute. He is playing with it as I write this post!
