Our little princess!

This is a blog post about our gorgeous little princess Emma. She is such a beautiful girl with a gorgeous spirit. We love her to bits and are so happy she is a part of our family.

Emma is a happy natured child and people are instantly drawn to her. She makes friends so quickly and her teachers adore having her in their class. She is always the first to offer assistance to someone who is unsure or help out someone in need. We love to refer to Emma as a 'little Mumma' as she loves babies and little kids and loves looking after them and playing with them. Emma has often said she would love for me to have another baby so

she could help look after it but for now we will let her play with other peoples babies. Not quite sure another addition is something I am looking for right now - she would make a fabulous big sister to a new baby though so you never know!

Emma is becoming her own little person so fast it is scary. One thing about Emma though is that she is such a trendy child. She no longer lets us pick out her clothes. She chooses all her own outfits and does a really good job of it. She is starting to think about how to style her hair and what things match etc. It is amazing how fast she is growing. She is such a beautiful girl and always gets compliments on her outfits and her hair. Everyone loves her strawberry blonde hair and it is getting so long. When she straightens it for church it looks so beautiful.

Emma has started activity days and is loving it. She loves getting together will all the girls and doing fun activities. I can already tell she is going to be the queen of slumber parties. Lucky for us we have a basement she can hold them in without too much noise for us up stairs! : )

Emma is doing really well at school and is thriving. Her teacher adores her and she is becoming such a fantastic reader. She also knows almost all of her multiplication tables. She is a whizz at her 12 times tables. She can beat any one of us in those! It's amazing! Emma is so smart and a hard worker which hopefully continues into high school and university. BYU hopefully : )

One of Emma's main talents is dancing. She has always done it and has always had a talent for it. She picks up new steps and choreography fast and is always striving to improve and learn new things. Acro is Emma's main strength and she has won many awards in this style of dance. She loves it and has always managed to learn new tricks with ease. She works hard at keeping them and perfecting them and is so excited to get back into it over here. People can't believe it when we tell them she can back handspring (backflip) and side arial (braunie). She is a super star and will continue to improve I am sure!
