Krispy Kreme!

America is big on coupons... They send coupons out to you in the mail ALL the time! Today I decided to actually take the time to look through them and I am glad I did. I found coupons to Krispy Kreme! I decided to jump online and see where the nearest store was. There is one in provo so I gave them a call to find out their store times (because it was 6pm when I stumbled upon the idea of getting some) and was informed that the drive through is open 24 hours and the walk in shop is open until 11pm. So we jumped in the car and made our way over to Provo to check it out.

It was a really cool set up as they had big windows that looked into the factory part so you could see the doughnuts being made and iced! The kids were really excited to see the process the doughnuts go through from start to finish. It was also 'free sample time' which meant all the visitors got a free original glazed doughnut! We got some originals and also picked out some flavoured ones too.

Emma played it safe and simply chose three sugar doughnuts, Hayden picked a sugar one, chocolate iced one and a maple glazed one, I went for two maple glazed and a custard filled chocolate coated one and Paul got a lemon filled one, a custard filled chocolate coated one and a valentines day special! The kids also got given some funny Krispy Kreme hats! I wonder how long these doughnuts are going to last - something tells me it wont be long! : )
