The Best Birthday Ever!

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love birthdays - especially my own haha! I always have and I probably always will. Birthdays were always such a big deal in our house growing up and we were always spoiled rotten so that's probably where my love of them comes from! Every single year I say that it's been my best birthday yet, and every year I mean it. This year is not an exception - it really was my best birthday EVER!

I was absolutely spoiled. I received so many amazing gifts, cards, well wishes and love. I felt like a queen for the day. I started my morning with AMAZING gifts from Paul and the kids. They went above and beyond! I got three new charms for my pandora, some make up and perfume from Sephora and a trip away to Florida to go to Disney world and Universal Studios! I seriously can't wait! I then headed out to breakfast with some of my girlfriends from our neighbourhood. Following breakfast Apes took me to get manis and pedis. So relaxing! 

When I got home Sarah, Stephen and Jess surprised me with a ticket to Vegas! They were going for a road trip and were flying me down to join them for the weekend. SO nice of them! I will blog about our time away later. I also found a package from my best friend Margs in Australia. She sent me my favorite cake bites and a beautiful canvas of us with a friendship quote on it. She is just the sweetest. Mum also sent me a big package of Aussie lollies and treats! It was HUGE! Such a score! 

I went to lunch that day with Lisa and the kids who were in town. I brought my kids too so they could celebrate and also see their cousins as well. Asher and her kids came too as well as Sarah and Jess. We went to Olive Garden and the highlight was being sung to in Italian. After lunch we went back home and met Paul and Stephen and headed up to Lagoon Amusement Park. We spent the rest of the day and night there riding rides and having a great time. Traci and Jake came and met us up there too which as so sweet of them! 

We finished the night with cheesecake at the cheesecake factory. It's my favorite restaurant and was the perfect way to end such an amazing day! Here are some snaps from the big day! : )
