My sweet little girl took a tumble today! I know it's all a part of the territory of having a toddler... But... it still sucks! She was running around playing with Baylee when she tripped and happened to fall head first into the fire place which is tiled! She instantly got a massive lump on her head and as she cried it grew and grew!
Of course she thrashed about as we tried to put ice on it to help with the swelling and that also made it worse! She eventually calmed down when we left her alone to snuggle Emma (yes - of course she ONLY wanted her big sister... Not a new thing with Kendall).
I called my wonderful neighbour who is a nurse and texted her photos to see what I should do and she gave me a ton of advice and helped ease my mind that it looked worse than it was. Thank goodness for Tylenol and a sweet, sweet neighbour who let's me bug her every time I have a medical question!
