So this was fun... Boiling hot cauliflower soup sprayed all over the kitchen, the floor and myself! I underestimated the power of this new blender. Sometimes - more power isn't always the best! Gah!
I may have exaggerated a little - It wasn't boiling... It was hot - but not because I put in in there hot... I cooled it down first (it was warm) but this new blender has a setting for soup that heats it as it blends it. It heated it and then spewed it at me! haha!
I thought you weren't meant to blend something that is boiling! Doesn't that build up heaps of pressure?
